You’d better put on some suspenders because you are going to have to brace yourself… The most high-octane, jumpin’-est, jivin’-est letterman jacket-wearing rapscallions this side of the bass strait are excited to bring you something BIG! On March 20, 2026, a favourite group on the Tasmanian music scene, Uncle Gus and The Rimshots, will transform into UNCLE GUS AND THE BIGSHOTS! A 12-piece big band version of the swing party band!

Uncle Gus and The Bigshots will be bringing you two sets of music filled with recognisable Rock, Pop, Disco and Club bangers with a swinging big band twist which they will record live on the Founders Room stage! So dust off those dancing shoes, its going to be a night to remember.

Everyone who attends the recording will have their name printed in the physical album
