The Salamanca Arts Centre is thrilled to announce the opening of “Magic Moments,” a captivating photography exhibition that celebrates the beauty of the human spirit in everyday life. This extraordinary collection of images, captured spontaneously and with intuition, evokes a spectrum of emotions and narratives, including joy, awe, quiet inner reflection, contentment, whimsy, and humour.

Each photograph in “Magic Moments” is meticulously captured on 35mm film and individually hand-printed by Dr. Wright in a traditional darkroom, ensuring each is a unique and authentic artistic object. The exhibition invites viewers to explore the profound connections and stories that unfold in the ordinary moments of our lives.

“Magic Moments” will be on display from 29 May to 28 June 2026 in the Top Gallery at the Salamanca Arts Centre, nestled in the historic Salamanca precinct of Hobart, Tasmania. We invite art enthusiasts and the general public alike to immerse themselves in this inspiring celebration of human spirit and creativity.
