The Sidespace Gallery is a professional exhibition space that is accessible and affordable for solo artists and small group exhibitions.
A quirky gallery with perfect proportions, the Sidespace Gallery is the gallery of favour for artists wishing to exhibit contemporary work in the public domain.
Previously only available to SAC Associate Members, from 2026 the Sidespace Gallery is available to a wider range of applicants, including Commercial Galleries.
The Sidespace Gallery is part of Salamanca Art Centre’s subsidised Access Galleries Program.

Salamanca Arts Centre invites artists and arts organisations to contribute to its 50th Anniversary program in 2027, marking five decades of creativity, community and cultural significance in Tasmania.
