Space 120A is a medium-sized studio space located on Level 1 of Salamanca Arts Centre. It is carpeted, with three plaster walls and one limewashed stone wall that has a sash window letting in natural light and overlooking Wooby’s Lane. There are exposed wooden beams and columns adding heritage charm and industrial ambience.
Space 120A has multiple powerpoints and an NBN connection, as well as LED batten lighting. A shared kitchenette / common area (with sink) is available for use.
Space 120A can be accessed through the SAC Courtyard or via Wooby’s Lane, but unfortunately via stairs only.
All Salamanca Arts Centre Spaces are working Spaces only; they are not residential in nature.

Space 120A is most suitable as a studio space for artists and arts-based businesses. Due to the nature of the building, some sound bleed between spaces is unavoidable, and the Willis Building is home to jewellers, textile artists and others who may have noiser arts practices.
