Space 120 is a medium-sized studio space located on Level 1 of Salamanca Arts Centre. It has two heritage limewashed walls and two plaster walls, one with a display window facing the corridor.
The sash window overlooks Wooby’s Lane. Access is through the SAC Courtyard or via stairs from Wooby’s Lane.
A shared kitchenette / common area (with sink) is available for use.
All Salamanca Arts Centre Spaces are working Spaces only; they are not residential in nature.

Space 120 is most suitable as a studio space for artists and arts-based businesses. Due to the nature of the building, some sound bleed between spaces is unavoidable, and the Willis Building is home to jewellers, textile artists and others who may have noiser arts practices.
