Salamanca Arts Centre is looking to appoint an Executive Director –
Operations and Arts Programming.
Role
The Executive Director reports to the Board and leads the SAC team to ensure the artistic development, growth, and financial viability of the Salamanca Arts Centre. This role spans operations and arts programming and requires experience in arts administration, business management and finance with strong senior leadership and governance skills.
Flexible working arrangements are available, with the role offered between 0.6 and full-time for the right candidate.
Selection Criteria
1. Demonstrates high level leadership and vision
2. Manages complex operations
3. Works with others to meet objectives / driving the organisation’s advocacy to key stakeholders
4. Relevant qualifications and experience in arts, culture, business and/or finance
5. Creative Sector Knowledge

Salary: $120,000 negotiable + super (pro-rata)
