 d.–––––Artist StatementWe are living through a time of growing
  uncertainty\, shaped by widening inequality\, conflict and rapid techno
 logical change seemingly designed to distract and divide us.Creating sim
 ple serene ceramic sculptures is my antidote to algorithmic noise and in
 stant gratification. A gentle protest\, through stillness and calm.I cre
 ate works inspired by the ancient practices of yoga nidra and meditation
  which greatly help in dealing with the overwhelm I experience as a neur
 odivergent person living in such a fast paced and chaotic world.I am dra
 wn to the tactile process of hand building with clay\; the slow rhythm o
 f making becomes a meditation in itself\, a practice of presence that I 
 hope is carried into the encounter between the work and the viewer.My wo
 rk is an invitation for a pause\, a slowing down\, a deep breath\, a sen
 se of serenity in which time seems to slow and attention returns to the 
 body\, and to the space that we share.These sculptures are my small offe
 ring towards a more compassionate and peaceful world. If these works cre
 ate even a brief moment of peace\, reflection\, or quiet presence\, then
