Often used by visiting artists and their families as an affordable retreat, the sunny cottage is ideal short-term accommodation for singles or groups. This completely self-contained 3 bedroom cottage can provide you with everything you need to work undisturbed or be your home base while you explore Salamanca and its surrounds.

Standard Rates
First Night = $180 (includes $90 cleaning fee)
Each Additional Night = $90 per night
Artist Rates*
First Night = $150 (includes $90 cleaning fee)
Each Additional Night = $60 per night
High Season
1 December to 31 January

First Night = $225 (includes $90 cleaning fee)
Each Additional Night = $135 per night
