SAC Tasmanian Community Fund Kitchen

SAC gained another exceptional facility when the SAC Tasmanian Community Fund (TCF) Kitchen came on-line in July 2010. A successful application to the TCF provided $60,000 to convert a former darkroom into a food preparation area to service SAC venues. Features include Combi-oven, 2 door fridge, dishwasher, glass washer, hot plates, stainless steel benches and shelving.

SAC acknowledges assistance with the project from Luke Burgess, Medhurst Equipment and Hobart City Council.
