Third Eye of the Beholder partly stems from an obsession with iridescent cosmetics but is also inspired by Rorschach Test inkblots, once used in psychological evaluation. Upon examining these makeup ‘blots’ viewers are encouraged to record their responses the booklet accompanying each work.
