Salamanca Arts Centre is honoured to host the Australian premiere of Lets Wash the Eyes and Here Paradise Could Be Sold.
These two films are by Hazara director Abdullah Ferjad, Cinema graduate of Kabul Fine Arts Academy, Afghanistan, and feature all Hazara cast and crew.
The stunning cinematography depicts tragic yet moving stories of the daily life of Hazaras as a persecuted people who need asylum.
The film screening with by introduced by Vikki Riley, Art Curator and English editor of Kabul Press, and followed by a Q&A Session. Each film is approximately 20 minutes in length.
